Delete Your GLO Account

If you would like to delete your GLO account and associated data, you can request account deletion using the steps below.

How to request deletion

1. Send an email to: [email protected]
2. Use the subject: Account Deletion Request
3. Include your registered phone number
4. Our team will verify and process the request

What data will be deleted

• Account information, including phone number and profile data
• Saved items, favorites, and preferences
• AI chat history, if stored
• App activity linked to your account

What data may be retained

Some transaction/order records may be retained for legal, security, fraud prevention, tax, accounting, or customer support purposes for a limited period where required by law or legitimate business needs.

Processing time

Account deletion requests are usually processed within 72 hours after verification.

Important note

Once your account is deleted, your data cannot be recovered.
